Professional coaching helps people discover brand new ways to reach their professional and personal goals. Coaching is focused on outcomes that you design and your coach helps you achieve. It is a partnership that inspires people to discover greater possibilities and opportunities.  Sidney is an ICF Professional Coach (PCC), a Certified Mentor Coach, and is also certified in five coaching models: NeuroLeadership Coaching, Presence-Based Coaching, Gallup Strengths®, Intercultural Development (IDI) and MBTI® Step III™.

Our first session may begin by exploring why you or your team are interested in coaching. You may already be clear on your starting place, like team development, managing conflict, improved communication, or understaning diversity and inclusion.  In any of these situations, we could begin with one our assessment packages below.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)® Step I™ or Step II™

MBTI® Step I™ will provide you with a basic understanding of your personality preferences and the Step II™ will give you a more individualized understanding of your unique personality.  Both versions provide the foundation for rich discussion on your personal strengths and challenges during our coaching conversation.  Together we will decide which version is right for you.  Report lengths vary from 2 to 20 pages.

Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI)

The TKI assessment will help you to identify your preferred way of dealing with conflict, resolving conflicts, and developing your skill at conflict resolution. Your 10-page personalized report will show how you use the five conflict-handling modes of Competing, Collaborating, Compromising, Avoiding, and Accommodating.
