Workshops for Meaningful Work
Our workplaces are really communities of people who are looking for ways to express their values and use their strengths to work together effectively as they carry out meaningful work. These workshops respect what your people say matters to them.
Using models such as Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i and EQ360), Intercultural Development (IDI)®, Gallup Strengths®, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Modes, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)®, and Art of Hosting, Sidney will create a customized program to met the needs of your workplace.
How We Get there
The first step will be for Sidney to meet with key people to learn about your vision and your goals. The next step might be to engage a group to discuss what’s working well or what challenges you face. This may take the form of a focus group, needs assessment, or a collaborative group process like World Café Conversation, an Appreciative Inquiry Summit, Pro-Action Café or an Open Space conversation.
It is also quite possible that you have already identified that your team will benefit from a workshop on:

However we get there, Sidney will work closely with you to design and facilitate a custom workshop that will address your organization’s learning and development goals.
